What is not charged extra
- Runtime. A 2-hour episode and a 30-minute episode are the same package price.
- Complexity. Multiple speakers, side conversations, technical terminology, and long-form formats are handled without surcharges.
- Revisions for accuracy. If a factual error or transcription mistake slips through, we correct it within the revision policy at no additional charge.
