What file formats do you accept?
We work from most common audio and video formats, including MP3, WAV, M4A, MP4, and similar files. If you already have a transcript, you can send that instead. Deliverables are sent as plain text and markdown files. Need a different format (Word, PDF, Notion)? Mention it when you reach out and we will accommodate.
Do you use AI?
Yes, and we are direct about it. The workflow uses AI for fast transcription and drafting, followed by human review to improve accuracy, clarity, and usefulness. The result is faster delivery without handing you generic raw AI output that still needs rewriting.
What happens to my audio after delivery?
Files are deleted within 24 hours of delivery. No third-party AI APIs touch your recordings. Nothing is retained, indexed, or used for any purpose beyond your order. This is not a policy we added later - it is how the service was designed from the start.
What if the transcript or show notes have accuracy issues?
If something important is incorrect, send the timestamp or note and we will correct it within the revision policy. Human review is part of the workflow specifically to reduce the common problems that come with low-quality AI-generated output.
Do you need raw audio, or can we send a transcript?
Either works. Raw audio is best if you want the full package with transcript, timestamps, and show notes. If you already have a transcript, we can use it to create show notes, SEO copy, and repurposed content.
What is the revision policy?
Revisions cover factual fixes, formatting adjustments, and reasonable edits based on the original content. Full rewrites caused by a major change in direction should be discussed before ordering.
How long can an episode or recording be?
Up to 4 hours, at no extra charge. Most deliveries land next day regardless of length.
Can we see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Contact us and we will share a relevant sample for your format so you can see the style, structure, and level of detail before you commit.
What kinds of recordings do you handle beyond podcasts?
Sales calls, discovery sessions, team meetings, client calls, and internal briefings. If it is a recording with multiple speakers and you need structured output, the workflow handles it.
Is this suitable for sensitive business conversations?
